CoE KPI & Benefit Tracking Manager

Position Summary:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to communicate and report the value created by the Enterprise Sourcing Organization. Develop the mechanism and define the appropriate tool to track and manage the KPIs and benefits delivered by Sourcing and Cost Management. Essential Job Functions:

  • KPIs & Benefit Tracking
  • Define key performance indicators to communicate and report the value created by the organization
  • Define a reporting process to track, measure and communicate the new KPIs
  • Develop/Identify an effective tool to track, measure and communicate the new KPIs
  • Define the data requirements and approach analyst will complete vs. category management analysts to report results
  • Report and communicate results on a period basis to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with category management to report benefit tracking per category
  • Coordinate with the CoE Sourcing team to report procurement to pay transactions and performance metrics
  • Work actively with other functions of the organization on sharing benefits and KPIs
  • Talent Management
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties: complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Create an effective work environment by developing a common vision, communicating of clear objectives, fostering teamwork, recognizing performance, providing on the job coaching
  • Additional Support
  • Maintain knowledge of other initiatives in the company that may affect the organization’s performance and operations

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Finance, Accounting, Retail, CPG, or similar
  • 3 years of leadership/management experience with large and/or complex work efforts
  • 3 years of experience with KPIs definition and monitoring in a Procurement environment
  • Ability to communicate and report KPIs and benefits value create to the organization
  • Strong understanding of use of data (e.g. for analytics, business intelligence) as well as data management, data governance (standards, quality, metadata), industry trends, and best practices
  • Ability to build impactful relationship with internal clients, key influencers to effectively execute the work
  • Ability to proactively share leading practices and insights that can help inform strategies, project pipelines and project execution approach
  • Ability to identify potential conflicts, issues and propose an effective resolution or escalate as needed
  • Ability to work collaborative to build out innovative ideas and solutions to drive cost savings
  • Leadership skills to drive enterprise change management
  • Proven experience in training, coaching and developing key resources
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)
  • Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations

Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:

  • MBA or master’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in a data and/or analytics organization, clearly exposed and performing tasks within different data governance aspects (quality, standards, reference data, data management)
  • Knowledge of procurement and Source-To-Pay activities
