Position Summary
Manage the overall coordination of digital experience, including timelines, creative components, and testing to ensure successful implementation. Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Technology and Digital to deliver our Enterprise sales goals across the digital channels. Essential Job Functions
Working across multiple teams, manage the end to end process for bringing Enterprise campaigns, initiatives and pilots to life within the digital experiencManage the cross-functional workflow with Marketing, Creative, and Digital departments to ensure team is aware of key dates, milestones and communicate any issues with managementPartner with departmental and product management teams to evaluate requirements and determine the best solutions for site experience initiativesPartner with the User Experience (UX), Creative, and Development teams to ensure they are maintaining the integrity of the customer experience digital strategyEnsure project goals are defined and monitored to keep initiatives on trackManage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all site experience requestsWrite simple creative briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with digital site experience teamReview design requests for cohesion and logic and gather requirements and assetsSeek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processesSchedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestonesWork with appropriate teams to define success metrics and recap campaign performance; share reporting results with all stakeholdersMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications
3+ years of digital experience with at least 2 years focused on ecommerceAbility to lead and motivate others while maintaining and building positive business relationships and partnershipsAbility to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assetsStrong understanding of the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaignsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual work stylesStrong project leadership, prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detailAbility to lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members, and suppliersAbility to balance scope, cost, risk and quality while facilitating a high level of performance and agility across all teamsProficient knowledge of digital marketing, user experience and ecommerce best practicesExcellent oral/written communication skillsDesired Previous Experience/Education
