Position Summary
Provide leadership, team development, technical acumen and strategic vision for the Mobile Device and Collaboration Engineering organization. Directly contribute to the overall enterprise mobile architecture and lead operations, maintenance and develop/support the vision and strategy around mobile device management (MDM) spanning iOS and Android platforms. Essential Job Functions
Innovate, develop and drive strategic initiatives within the Technology department in the Mobility and Collaboration environmentsMaintain in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android mobile device operating systems and functionalityMaintain the stability, availability, and security of Workspace One and InTune systemsCoordinate with security, network, and systems engineering teams to ensure solutions are integrated into the enterprise smoothly, and that supported systems are monitored and maintainedOversee mobile device management, troubleshooting and installation for wireless access to internet, email, calendar, air cards, cell phone, and applicationsProvide leadership to ensure clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the companyCollaborate with other leaders, advisors, and partners in the formulation and execution of the Technology strategies in support of the company's overall business planLeverage support of MDM providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesProvide executive level, high visibility support of mobile devicesSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reportsCommunicate with associates and senior management on the vision, strategy and plans for the Technology assigned groupEvaluate, recruit, motivate and mentor a growing world-class Technology teamMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications
7+ years of successful experience as an administrative manager of large interdisciplinary teams and complex multi-stakeholder projectsAny performance management experience of large work groupsAny expertise and experience in business case development, product scoping and project planning with development teams5+ years of experience within a software engineering environmentAny demonstrated experience in mobile device provisioning, deployment, and account managementAny demonstrated experience delivering Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and supportExcellent written, oral, and presentation/public speaking communication skillsDemonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of peopleStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsTechnical understanding of activating, configuring, phone number porting, contact transfers, and troubleshooting mobile devices, which includes smartphones, tablets, air cards, and MIFI devicesStrong business acumen and its application to drive business solutionsProven commitment to continuous improvement within the workplaceProven delivery of innovative results in previous roles and strong knowledge of industry trends and industry competitionDesired Previous Experience/Education
Working knowledge of modern technology architecture Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related disciplineEducation Level: Bachelor's Desired
