Manager, Digital Experience (KTD)

Position Summary

Develop and implement relevant digital destinations that enable customers to have a seamless shopping experience with Kroger. Responsible for bringing to life business priorities through digital story-telling, with focus on engagement and conversion. Essential Job Functions

  • Develop/implement strategies to constantly improve the customer experience based on analytics, insights, and trends. Establish a customer first focus across all initiatives
  • Partner with Product Mgt. UX and Creative teams to enable storytelling through best in class front end experience
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure brand narratives and campaign LTFs are translated appropriately within the digital experience
  • Develop an informed opinion on business priorities; apply a customer-focused lens to solutions and engagement opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish deadlines related to campaigns and communicate timelines
  • Partner with Site Merchandising to implement strategies to drive conversion and AOV
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, and timelines, for experience requests
  • Review design requests for cohesion and logic and obtain needed requirements and assets
  • Develop process improvements to continuously increase efficiency/productivity
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Travel to other locations to assist third party vendors

  • Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Any experience working in a marketing role
  • 3+ years of experience in an information technology (IT) or software development setting
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager or customer experience manager
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, and able to focus on following a task through to completion
  • Must possess excellent decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous, complex priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Any experience building cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations
  • Any experience/knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, social and other marketing materials in an E-Commerce setting with multi-channel retailers
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or a related area
