Position Summary
Responsible for developing, supporting and documenting business processes, procedures and systems supporting a broad range of business and IT process. Drive project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning leading projects and teams. Essential Job Functions
Create initiative roadmaps and align work using Agile/Scrum methodologyFacilitate teams in process definition, analysis, improvements and documentation across technology organizations using scrum methodologyMaintain cross functional process knowledge across technology and business organizations to ensure all processes are streamlined and part of the larger seamless ecosystemAct as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teamsLead and facilitate the process needed to make an informed build versus buy decisionLead process and requirement walk-throughs with key stakeholders using various methods (e.g., team demos, workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions)Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage requirements using various tools (e.g., templates, team backlogs, requirements management or agile task management applications)Lead the appropriate teams to build the business case and project justificationIdentify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using requirement work plans, program increment (PI) and sprint planningDefine and resolve dependencies, issues and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaborationIdentify and define complex business processes for current and future state analysisParticipate in growing team competency by mentoring, providing on-the-job training to more junior associates and helping to develop training materials/process improvementsApply an in-depth knowledge of multiple business areas, familiarity with enterprise strategies and an understanding of different technologies and industry best practices to meet/exceed business goals/prioritiesMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications
8+ years Process design experience, including developing and executing process improvementsStrong customer service skills with the ability to interpret and execute strategyExcellent analytical and problem solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, both within and outside the organizationAdvanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including test planning, coordination and execution, as well as work-flow conceptsAdvanced knowledge in Information Technology processes include Portfolio, Project and Product Management and Product DevelopmentDesired Previous Experience/Education
Any Prior experience as a senior business or applications analyst in waterfall and/or agile projectsAny Experience in an IT position or comparable business unit experienceAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Visio Bachelor's Degree in information technology (IT) or a related business fieldEducation Level: None
